I believe everyone will share my gratitude to wards the course but this is very interesting course and I want to thank the producers for making such an effort to keep us educated.

This course was relatively straight forward. I was a little confused about how to get the labs done at first, but I just needed a little patience with loading the one lab is all.

This first course helped me learn alot and refresh on a few things I forgot. Although the second course is gonna be a little challenge cause I never done anything with networking.

I have learned a lot already and not just about Technical Support Fundamentals. I am a veteran, trained to pay attention to detail and this course is reminding me to do just that.

This course was a great introduction to technical support fundamentals. Even a complete IT beginner can successfully complete this course and gain a lot of knowledge very quickly.

Loved it, despite having a lot of experience in the IT field, I learned a lot of things about troubleshooting and costumer service, and had a deeper look into how computers work.

Very professional well written course. Very introductory, you don't need to know anything about computers to start. This course is a good way to get your foot in the door to IT.
