Laurie was amazing. She was easy to understand, presented material that could be hard to stay focused on very entertaining and everything she talked about, it was like she was teaching about 'what not to do' in my life!

Loved this course, it has some amazing pointers on practices that foster real happiness in life. Would like to see more about incorporating purpose and finding flow as I think those also have a huge impact on happiness.
