A fantastic course that will help you to learn IT support fundementals. Videos are informative and the labs give you great hands on experience with common support scenarios.

Great start to the world of IT Technical Support world. The course contained a host of topics that kept me locked in and excited about. I'm looking forward to learning more.

This course is incredible and a great way to refresh your knowledge if you have not done IT in awhile. And great for those that are interested, Not too much, not too little.

It may be titled "fundamentals" but it is so rich for experienced professionals too, as a refresher. Presentations and resources are on point. Thank you Google and Coursera.

This course is a sign of great things ahead in the Google IT Certification Course and I'm excited for what is next to come. The teachers are very articulate and resourceful.

Instructions were easy to follow, although the some of the exam questions were tricky i was still able to pass most on the first go and redo some to attain 100%. Thumbs Up!!

Before this course, I thought that I have enough information about IT tricks but it was not true and I really recommend it and I enjoyed learning with such a great googlers.

This is a fantastic course if you are looking to get into the IT field. I've many things, skills such as RDP and often I learned in detailed more about everyday items I use.
